If you have a Residential or Small Business account with debt that is over 60 days old, you may be eligible for the Covid Relief pay plan. However there are some conditions that are ineligible for the relief pay plan including:
Your account already has an existing pay plan
Your account is enrolled in Budget Billing
Your account is enrolled in the AMP program
Your account is enrolled in APS (autopay)
