Deposits are held until credit is established and could be held indefinitely. Accounts are reviewed after the 12th month to determine if credit has been established.
Credit has been established when:
- Account has been active for 12 consecutive months
- Account has established good payment history with no more than two 7-day notices.
- Credit Operations can determine that the account is still a credit risk and decide to hold a deposit.
If you have met these guidelines and your deposit has not yet been credited, you can contact our Business Customer Service Center at 1-800-468-4743 Monday thru Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can also avoid the wait time by requesting a callback by visiting our Business Customer Service Center page and completing the online form. Our Credit Operations Department will make the final determination.
