You do not have to send your inspections to PG&E yourself. Many municipal agencies directly forward the results to PG&E, or inspections are verified by PG&E in the field. Check with the agency that performs your inspection.
The following cities/counties do not send inspections directly to PG&E, and these inspections will be field verified by PG&E:
- Butte County
- Ceres
- Cupertino
- Glenn County
- Manteca
- Oakdale
- San Francisco
- Stanislaus County
- Turlock
Also, most State, Federal Offices, Indian/Tribal Land premises, and Mobile Home Parks do not send inspections to PG&E. They'll always be field verified.
Most results are received by PG&E within 1-2 business days of when the inspection took place.
