What does the Energy Expert app do?

The Energy Expert app will allow you to link your PG&E account to Alexa and use it to ask questions about your residential electric account at any time. If you are a customer on a TOU rate, you can enable your notifications to get alerts when the high peak pricing begins and use it as a tool to help you curve your energy use when costs are highest. To begin a conversation with Alexa, ask: Alexa, open energy expert or Alexa, Ask Energy Expert.
